Say hi to my friends Mushrooms and Cheese.
That's basically the main reasons I chose this recipe.
Also because I always see it on menus and had no idea what it was in real life.
The recipe called for 2 cups of cooked chicken.
I have absolutely no idea how much that is of raw chicken.
Probably best to do this with leftover chicken/turkey.

So, I made this a super long time ago, but as far as I can remember it did not really meet my expectations of how good this should taste. It wasn't that great. I tend to shy away from recipes that call for "cream of whatever" and this recipe kind of reinforced that. It's not like it was awful, it's just I'll probably never make it again. Maybe all tetrazzini tastes like this? I don't know. But on a positive note: it basically looks like the picture! What?! At least better than most things I've made for this.
Stuck to the script: um super good. Like 100% I'm awesome.
